Photos of an Exit Permit list

Below are photographs of the pages of an Exit Permit Order in Council.  We will send you the photographs of the Order in Council that contains the name you are interested in.  We will blank out the names of the other women and children listed.

Please email us at orderincouncillists@outlook.com telling us the name or names you are interested in and we will email you the photographs of the list containing their information.

We charge $10 for the photographs containing information about the person or persons you are interested in.  Payment is by cheque, money order or Interac.

You are welcome to use the photographs but the copyright remains with us.  If you post the photographs on a website, please credit us by indicating: 

"Photo from www.orderincouncillists.com."

The first page we will send you shows the members of the Privy Council who were present at the meeting held on this day. The Order in Council with the list of women and children being allowed to leave Canada was one of many Orders in Council approved during that meeting.
This second page starts by explaining which regulations are being waived to allow these women and children to leave Canada. This is followed by an entry for each woman and/or child with a short description explaining why they have been approved to leave Canada.

I suggest you submit an Access to Information request to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada asking for any and all documents they have for Mr. Rott.

Searching for Wilhelm Rott who docked at Pier 21, Halifax, Nova Scotia on January 14, 1957 on the MS Seven Seas. I do not see him on your list.
